This is a PRE-ORDER. Delivery is expected 25th July, at which point your order will be shipped straight out. If other lovely items are purchased along with pre-orders they will all be sent at the same time. If you require any items a little earlier contact us and we can arrange an additional shipping fee so that the other items can be sent out to you straight away!

It was love at first sight when we came across the BILDA. Every piece that The Snow Sheppard create is a masterpiece and we couldn't be prouder to be their first kids stockist! 

BILDA is a modular plyhouse that encourages imaginative, open ended play and creativity. It also provides the perfect dwelling for our range of FOLK.

Natural, versatile and limitless, BILDA is a series of boxes that can be stacked, rotated and used to build all manner of structures. It is for anybody and everybody, making it the perfect gift for children and adults alike. Inspired by modernist design, our belief is that this is a toy that should never be tidied away as it looks as good on a shelf as it does on the floor.

BILDA ORIGINAL is the full set of 6 units plus a starter set of 4 minimal handpainted FOLK. These are chosen at random and will always be totally unique.

CARE

Each box is handmade from FSC birch ply and coated in a matt raw hard wax oil to help maintain appearance and give durability, this also means that they can easily be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth. the FOLK are sealed but not waterproof therefore should not get wet.

As each unit is handmade using natural materials, we embrace any discrepancies in the colour, shape and size of each unit.

WHY WE LOVE "THE SNOW SHEPPARD" SO MUCH...

Meet Stephen Sheppard and Elizabeth Snow - a designer and maker and a stylist and artist - if you ask us it's the perfect combination!

At the start of 2020 they welcomed their brand's namesake, Arthur Kingsley Snow Sheppard, making them a beautiful family of five alongside Woody the sausage dog! 

During lockdown when they found a need to address the family clutter. They soon realise that rather than tidying it all away they needed to create simple, design led pieces that marry play and living for shared spaces with an uncluttered aesthetic . And so Snow Sheppard was born

They now offer a growing range of sustainably made, thoughtful, open ended playthings and decor for children, alongside functional objects for the home. They use high grade birch plywood and create all product in their workshop. Complimentary flourishes and artworks add warmth and character to our aesthetic.

Their ethos is to ensure that we have as low an environmental impact upon the planet as possible. This is why they strive to make all of their products from natural materials which are sustainably produced. We also aim to use 100% recyclable packaging in order to reduce our footprint.
