Returns

We hope you love your POP products as much as we do. We know however that sometimes we all change our mind, and that's not a problem. All we ask is that you return the product unused, and in perfect resalable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Please help us keep track of any returns by emailing us at hello@we-are-pop.co.uk before returning any goods. Please also ensure you quote your full name, delivery address and reason for the return. Alternatively you can call us on: 01295 276110.

Please be aware that original and return postage is non-refundable. Please also be sure that products are packaged well before returning, as we cannot unfortunately be liable for any damage sustained in transit.

We also suggest sending your returned goods via recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items that go missing in the post. Once the product(s) have been received, as long as they are unused and in resalable condition, we will refund the amount back onto the debit, credit card or PayPal account used for payment. We'll also notify you of the refund via email.

Once you have contacted us via email or phone and the return has been agreed, we will advise you of the address to which you should send your returns.

Cancelling Your Order

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at hello@we-are-pop.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the process for returns.

Damaged Goods

We will always do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, but appreciate that from time to time damage can occur in transit. If anything within your POP order is damaged, please let us know within 2 days of receipt at hello@we-are-pop.co.uk, for a straightforward exchange (where stock is available) or a full refund.
